I think you should email a "Back to School" coupon to your customers. We are getting ready for back to school and I need to buy shoes for my 4 kids. I can't be the only one! You send me emails weekly, why not a coupon?

I love the unique Zappos airport security bins. First time I saw them I was surprised (pleasantly). I'm a big fan of Zappos and thought that it was clever association with placing my shoes into the bin and onto your logo. I flew out of San Diego last week and noticed you had updated the advertisement. Now it's like a 3D, multi color, image shifting, distracting experience. For me, going through security is a hectic ordeal: pull laptop out of my bag, put in one bin; another bin for wallet, keys, phone, change, belt, shoes. Then they tell me to use a third bin for the laptop bag. Place carry-on luggage on belt. Remember to keep your ticket out and not put it though with your stuff. Hope that your toothpaste isn't the wrong size... Then frantically reassemble yourself in public, trying to get everything out of the bins and back in your pockets while the belt is spitting out other people's stuff...

So, brilliant idea, just tone it down. The 1st ad I saw was interesting, even comical, this new loud, distracting logo didn't have the same effect.
